What actually happens when we come out
You don't need to be home, and you don't need to do a thing. Here's exactly what a visit looks like.
We show up on your day
Visits run on a set schedule based on the frequency you pick. No need to call ahead or be home — we work around your routine.
Every inch gets checked
We walk the whole yard — along fence lines, under bushes, the easy-to-miss spots — not just the obvious middle. If your dog left it, we find it.
Double-bagged, into your bin
Every bit is picked up, tied off, and double-bagged, then placed right into your own trash can — so nothing's ever left sitting in your yard. Just have a can available on your service day.
Your gate is double-checked
Before we leave, every gate is closed and latched — and photographed, every single time — so your dog stays safely where they belong.
Proof the moment we finish
The second we're done the visit is marked complete on your dashboard, usually with the photo of your closed gate, so you know we've been and that your dog is shut safely in.
Missed a spot? Tap “Report missed spot” on your dashboard the same day and we come back and re-clean it free.

Answer three quick questions and your plan is ready to start today.
Small is most townhouses and newer builds. Not sure? Pick the closest — we check the yard on our first visit and tell you before anything changes.
More than 6 dogs? Get in touch and we'll sort out a price.
Billing runs on the same schedule as your visits — weekly plans are charged every week, every-2-week plans every other week — so now and then a month carries one extra charge.
Currently serving Central Florida
We cover about 7 miles around Oviedo and Winter Springs. If your home is inside the circle, you're good to go — the signup form checks your address for you.
Not on the list yet? Start signing up anyway — if we can't reach your street we'll offer you the waiting list instead, and email you when routes get there.
Before you sign up
The things people ask before signing up.
A full first cleanup of your yard — every bit of existing waste removed, gates checked, and your plan's regular schedule starts right after. No charge for that first visit.
No. As long as we have gate access instructions, your technician handles the visit, and your dashboard shows it as done — usually with a photo — as soon as they finish.
Yes, and it's a requirement rather than a preference — we can't clean a yard safely with a dog loose in it. If your dog is out when we arrive we'll skip that visit, and it still counts as that week's visit. Your visits run on the same day each week, so keeping your dog in on that day is what avoids it — and if one is lost this way and you think that's unfair, email us and we'll sort it out.
Yes — a trash can is required. Everything we pick up is double-bagged and placed straight into your own can, so nothing is ever left in your yard and nothing rides around in our truck. Just make sure a can is available on your service day. If we get there and can't find it, we'll take the waste with us rather than leave it behind, and a $7 disposal fee is added to your next bill — that's per visit, so it's worth putting a can out every time.
We work through light rain. For serious weather, your visit moves to the next available day automatically, and your dashboard always shows the date it has moved to.
Not until after your free first cleanup. You enter a card when you sign up so the plan is ready to run, but nothing is taken until that first visit is done — and if you cancel before it, you are never charged at all. After that you are billed on the same rhythm as your visits: weekly plans weekly, every-other-week plans every two weeks.
Right from your dashboard — tap "Cancel plan," then "Yes, cancel." That's it, two taps, no call and no minimum term. Honestly quicker than signing up was.
Report it from your dashboard on the same day as the visit and we'll come back and re-clean it free — no questions asked. It has to be the same day: after that we can't tell a spot we missed from what your dog has left since.
We currently run routes through Oviedo and Winter Springs, and the signup form checks your address — if you're outside the area it won't let you sign up, because we can't service you yet. You can join the waitlist instead, and we'll email you when routes reach your street.
Your first cleanup is free. Your yard shouldn't wait.
It takes about a minute to build your plan, and you'll see your exact price before you commit to anything.
